Project Controller / Accountant
Initial 12 month freelance contract + extensions
Nijmegen, Netherlands (2-3 days onsite per week, 2-3 days remote)
ASAP start (current person leaving end of Sept)
PMO responsibilities 50%
Responsible for maintaining change request management process, focusing on financial related change requests. Supporting project management with quality assurance over change requests inputs and clarification.
Updating and maintaining payment milestones – in line with master plan changes
Checking payment milestone acceptance criteria
Licence management and updating/maintaining access rights in Agile tools
Updating and maintaining Governance/Framework materials of PMO
Finance controlling responsibilities 50%
Take care of financial planning both SPEND and COST, for
Maintain CAPEX and OPEX planning (linked to Payment milestones)
Approving PO’s, check if PO’s are in line with planning
Managing changes of financial plan
Prepare weekly finance review
Prepare monthly Project review board meeting
Prepare proposal for capitalization of project costs in line with IFRS
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required, advance degree a plus
2 years or more experience in Finance and related Business processes such as Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and worked within a project management function.
