Government of Flanders Master Mind Scholarships for International Students

Eiffel Excellence Scholarships The Eiffel scholarship program, developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, serves as a tool for French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students for master’s and PhD degree programs.
